Has the Deutsche Bahn been attractive enough that customers felt cherished? To offer the best trades, we developed a CRM which GDPR-conformity to analyze behavioral data of our clients in realtime. We address offers a lot more personalized, show individual services and contents and make it possible to spend loyalty points alongside the whole travel journey on things you need; i.e. a coffee.
